My calendar is open one month at a time. I am now implementing a staggered scheduling system, and no longer booking appointments in person/via email. On the 15th of every month at midnight, all CURRENT EXTENSIONS CLIENTS will gain access to my calendar for the following month. At 7 pm, ALL OTHER CURRENT CLIENTS MAY BEGIN BOOKING. Appointments are subject to availability. If you have any special requests, please add them to your reservation at the time of booking to ensure your needs are met.
Wait ListIf the date/time you desire is not available, you may add yourself to the waitlist at www.randihicks.com under the appointments tab to be considered for cancellations. Please do not text about availability, the waitlist is frequently reviewed and if we are able to service you we will contact you in the order received. This does not hold your spot in line for an install/appointment, it is only for the current months that are available to book online. All appointments are first come first serve.Booking Fee
A 50% booking fee is required for every service, by every client, and applies toward an individual date of service. Please do not babysit appointment times. For example, if you book 3 appointments and cancel 2, even if they are canceled/rescheduled with proper notice those booking fees will be transferred to future individual dates instead of being credited towards the balanced owed for the one appointment you decided to keep. All booking fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable with 48 hours notice of any changes.
All Color and Extensions Services require a consultation. Even something as simple as a "black rinse". All consultations include a shampoo/steam/style where we are able to assess your hair's length, density and history, present condition, and future goals. The consultation is essential to your success especially when receiving a service that lasts a good length of time. I do not offer virtual consultations, or same day consultation/installs. You do not need to book separate consultations for color and extensions. If you want color and extensions, you should book a Microlinks/Itips Consultation. If you only want color you should book a color consultation. If you cannot book a Microlinks/Itips Consultation it's because my current client list is full and cannot accept any new guests. Keep your IG post notifications on to know when I will accept new guests!
Children and Guests
No children or additional guests are allowed in the salon unless being serviced. There are no exceptions.
If you are going to be late please contact us at your earliest convenience. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If we are able to honor your appointment, a late fee will be assessed.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment value (forfeiture of booking fee). Any outstanding deposits must be used within 90 days of the initial date of the appointment. You are responsible for canceling/rescheduling your appointment online with proper notice. If you have concerns about making your appointment please cancel or reschedule online through the acuity website/app All deposits must be used within 90 days.
“No Call-No Show” clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost, and will be allowed to rebook future appointments at the discretion of Randi Hicks Hair Care.
Forms of Payment
We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Cash App, Apple Pay and Zelle. Payment is due immediately upon service completion. All sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds.
Tipping is left at the discretion of each client. The industry standard is 15%- 20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. For your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. If you are serviced by our assistants, you are welcome to tip them for their services which prevent long wait times. Our Signature Team greatly appreciates your generosity.
Randi Hicks Hair Care uses industry leading products for licensed professionals. We will not use your personal products unless they are prescribed by your doctor.
Hair ExtensionsRaw Indian/Cambodian Hair extensions are included with all of my installs. To ensure the quality of my work, I do not work with outside hair vendors.
